With the following Privacy Policy we inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, insofar as we decide either alone or together with others about the purposes and means of such processing. In addition, we inform you in the following about the third-party components we use for optimisation purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data on their own responsibility.

Our Privacy Policy is structured as follows:

However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Without prejudice to this right, the user has a right of access to information about these recipients.

In accordance with Article 21 GDPR, users and data subjects also have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them, provided that the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

III. Information on data processing
Your data that are processed when you use our website will be deleted or restricted as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal retention obligations and no other information on individual processing methods is subsequently provided.

Server data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data are collected which your Internet browser transmits to us and/or our web space provider. These so-called server log files are used to record, among other things, the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have switched to our Internet presence (referrer URL), the website(s) of our Internet presence that you visit, the date and time of the respective access and the IP address of the Internet connection from which our website is used.
The data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with other data about you.
The storage takes place on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.
The data will be deleted after two months, unless further storage is required for evidential purposes. Otherwise, the data are completely or partially excluded from deletion until the final clarification of an incident.

Cookies
a) Session cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are placed and stored on your end device by the Internet browser you use. Through these cookies, certain information about you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, is processed to an extent depending on the individual scenario.
This processing enhances the usability, effectiveness and security of our website in that it enables, for example, the reproduction of its content in different languages or the use of the shopping basket feature.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, insofar as these cookies process data for the initiation or execution of contracts.
If the processing does not serve the purpose of contract initiation or contract processing, our legitimate interest lies in the improvement of the functionality of our website. In this case, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your Internet browser.

b) Third party cookies
Where appropriate, our website may also use cookies from partner companies with whom we cooperate for the purposes of advertising, analysis or operating the functionalities of our website.
Please refer to the following information for details, in particular on the purposes and legal basis for processing such third-party cookies.

c) Possibility of removal
You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by adjusting your Internet browser settings. You can also delete cookies you have already saved at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on the Internet browser you are using. The steps and measures required for this also depend on the Flash Player you are using. If you have any questions, please also refer to the help function or documentation of your Flash Player or contact the producer or user support.
Should you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, this may, however, mean that not all functions of our website can be used to their full extent.

As part of the further registration process, we will ask for your consent to send you the newsletter. When doing so, we will describe the content specifically and refer you to this Privacy Policy. We use the data collected in the process exclusively for sending the newsletter. To this end, we need to transfer your data (name, e-mail address, country) to our service provider: CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany, www.cleverreach.com and our parent company (TEAM 7, Natürlich Wohnen GmbH Braunauer Str. 26 A-4910 Ried im Innkreis). Naturally, both the service provider and our parent company are forbidden from disseminating your stored data to third parties without your consent or using your data for other purposes or selling them to third parties. A reconciliation of the data collected in this manner with data that may have been collected by other components of our website is likewise not carried out.

Contact enquiries / contact possibility
If you contact us via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry and stored by us for six months in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on these data without your consent. The provision of the data is necessary for processing and answering your enquiry – without the provision of this data we cannot answer your enquiry or can only answer it to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted, provided that your enquiry has been conclusively answered and there are no legal obligations to retain data, e.g. for processing a possible subsequent contract.

Online job applications / publication of job advertisements
We offer you the opportunity to apply for a job with us through our website. By applying in this way, the data related with your application will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of completing the application procedure.
The legal basis for this processing is Section 26 (1) (1) of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Article 88 (1) GDPR.
If an employment contract is concluded following the application procedure, we will store the data you provide during the application process in your personnel file for the usual organisational and administrative purposes – this is, of course, in compliance with the more extensive legal obligations.
The legal basis for this processing is also Section 26 (1) (1) BDSG in conjunction with Article 88 (1) GDPR.
If your job application is rejected, the personal data provided by you will automatically be erased after six months. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g. the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of interested parties.
The legal basis in this case is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR and Section 24 (1)(2) BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in legal defence or enforcement.
If you expressly agree to a longer storage of your data, e.g. for your inclusion in a database of applicants or interested parties, the data will be further processed based on your consent. The legal basis is then Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. However, in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR, you can of course withdraw your consent at any time by making a statement to us that will be effective for the future.

In this respect, we would like to point out that there is a possibility that user data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the US. This may increase the risks for users in that, for example, subsequent access to user data may be made more difficult. We also have no access to this user data. Pinterest has the exclusive right of access.

Linking Social-Media via graphic or text link
On our website, we also advertise our presence on the social networks listed below. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents an automatic connection to the respective server of the social network when a website with a social media application is called up and displays a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the respective graphic is the user redirected to the service of the respective social network.
When the user has been redirected, information about that user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be excluded that the data collected in this manner will be processed in the US.
Initially, this is data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the user’s specific visit to the user’s personal account. If the user interacts via a “share” button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user’s personal user account and possibly published. If the user wishes to prevent the information collected from being directly assigned to his/her user account, he/she must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
The Google Analytics service is used to analyse how our website is used. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
Usage and user-related information, such as your IP address, place, time or frequency of visits to our website, is transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymisation function. With this function, Google shortens the IP address already within the EU or EEA.
The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visits to our website and the usage activities there. This data can also be used to provide further services related to the use of our website and the use of the Internet.
Google states that it will not link your IP address to other data. In addition, Google offers further information on data protection law under https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners for example on the possibilities of preventing the use of your data.
Google also offers under https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de a so-called deactivation add-on together with further information on the subject. This add-on can be installed with the most common Internet browsers and offers you further control options over the data that Google collects when you call up our website. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about your visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transferred to us or to other web services that we commission. Whether and which other web analysis services are used by us is of course also explained in this Privacy Policy.

Google Maps
We use Google Maps on our website to display our location, to show the locations of our dealers, and to provide directions. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the US is established when our website is called up.
Provided you call up the Google Maps component integrated into our website, Google will store a cookie on your end device via your Internet browser. In order to display our location and to provide directions, your user settings and data are processed. We cannot exclude the possibility that Google uses servers in the US.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation of the functionality of our website.
By establishing a connection to Google in this way, Google can determine from which website your enquiry has been sent and to which IP address the directions are to be sent.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies via the relevant settings in your Internet browser. You will find details on this under the item “cookies” above.
The usage of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is undertaken in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service https://policies.google.com/terms and the Terms of Service for Google Maps https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
Furthermore, Google offers further information under
https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated
https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our website to check and avoid interactions on our website through automated access, e.g. through so-called bots. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
This service enables Google to determine from which website an enquiry is sent and from which IP address you are using the so-called reCAPTCHA input box. In addition to your IP address, Google may also collect other information that is necessary for the offer and guarantee of this service.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our website as well as the prevention of unwanted, automated access in the form of spam or similar.
Google offers further information under https://policies.google.com/privacy on the general handling of your user data.

Google Fonts
In our website we use Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the US is established when our website is called up.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimisation and economic operation of our website.
Through the connection to Google established when you access our website, Google can determine from which website your request has been sent and to which IP address the representation of the font is to be sent.
Google offers further information under
https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated
https://policies.google.com/privacy
to provide further information, in particular on how to prevent the use of data.

YouTube
We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”.
YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
We use YouTube in conjunction with the “Enhanced Privacy Mode” function to show you videos. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website. According to YouTube, the function “Extended Privacy Mode” results in the data – described in more detail below – to be transmitted to the YouTube server only once you start actually playing a video.
Without this “Extended Privacy Mode”, a connection to the YouTube server in the US is established as soon as you call up one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is required in order to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. During this, YouTube will record and process at least your IP address, the date and time, as well as the website you have visited. In addition, a connection to the “DoubleClick” advertising network of Google is established.
If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the information regarding your connection to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website, or adjust the settings accordingly in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality as well as for the analysis of user behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your end device via your internet browser. If you do not agree to this processing, it is possible to prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your internet browser settings. You will find more detailed information on this under “cookies” above.
Google offers further information on the collection and use of data, as well as on your relevant rights and means of protection. This is available under https://policies.google.com/privacy accessible data protection information.

Google AdWords with conversion tracking
We deploy the advertising component Google AdWords and the so-called conversion tracking on our website. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
We use conversion tracking in order to promote our offer in a targeted manner. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, our deployed conversion tracking saves a cookie on your end device. These so-called “conversion cookies” lose their validity after 30 days, in some cases after 90 days, and in any case do not enable you to be identified personally.
Provided the cookie is still valid and you are visiting a particular page of our website, both we and Google are able to plot that you have clicked on one of our ads displayed on Google and have subsequently been redirected to our website.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to draw up statistics about your visit to our website. It also provides us with information regarding the number of users who clicked on our ad(s), as well as which of our website pages were subsequently called up. However, neither we nor third parties also using Google AdWords are able to identify you in this way.
You can also prevent or restrict the installation of cookies via the relevant settings in your Internet browser. You can simultaneously delete cookies already stored at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on the Internet browser you are using. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its producer or support.
Furthermore, at
https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html
https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/
https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
Google offers further information on this subject, in particular on the possibilities of preventing the use of data.

Google Remarketing or “similar target groups” component of Google
We deploy the remarketing or “similar target groups” function on our website. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as “Google”.
We deploy this function to deliver interest-based, personalised advertising to third-party websites that are also part of Google's advertising network.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website.
In order to enable this advertising service, during your visit to our website Google stores a cookie with a sequence of numbers on your end device via your Internet browser. This cookie anonymously records both your visit and the use of our website. However, personal data is not passed on in this process. Provided you subsequently visit the website of a third party who also uses Google’s advertising network, it is possible that advertisements will appear referring to our website, or to our offers.
To permanently deactivate this function, Google offers the following options for the most common Internet browsers
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin
a browser plugin.
Likewise, the use of cookies from certain providers can be prevented, e.g. via
https://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices
or
https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
by selecting the opt-out option.
Through so-called cross device marketing, Google may be able to track your usage behaviour across multiple devices, so that you are able to see interest-based, personalised advertising, even if you change end devices. However, this requires you to have agreed to having your browsing history linked to your existing Google Account.
Google offers further information about Google Remarketing under
https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/

Fonts.com
We use “fonts.com”– a font service of Monotype GmbH, Werner-Reimers-Strasse 2-4, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany (“fonts.com”). Each time this website is called up, files are loaded from a “fonts.com” server so that the texts are displayed in a specific font. In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to a “fonts.com” server and saved as part of the usual weblog. The further processing of this information is the responsibility of “fonts.com”. For the relevant information, conditions and setting options, please refer to https://www.fonts.com/info/legal

Amazon Cloud Front – CDN
We use Amazon Cloud Front as CDN to make our website faster and more secure. The provider of the CDN is Amazon Web Services Inc, 440 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109, US.
Of course we want to offer you the best possible service via our website. Amazon Cloud Front helps us to make our website faster and more secure.
A Content Delivery Network (CDN) is a network of servers connected via the Internet. Amazon has distributed said servers around the world in order to bring websites to your faster. Simply put: Amazon makes copies of our website and loads them onto their own servers. Now when you visit our website, a burden-sharing system ensures that most of our website is delivered from the server that can display our website to you the fastest. The CDN considerably shortens the distance of the data transfer to your browser. As a result of this, the content of our website is delivered to you by Amazon not only from our hosting server, but from servers all over the world.
In most cases, Amazon receives data such as IP addresses, security fingerprints, DNS protocol data and performance data for web pages derived from browser activity. Protocol data helps Amazon to identify new threats, for example. This enables Amazon to ensure a high level of security protection for our website. Amazon processes this data as part of its services in compliance with the applicable laws. This of course includes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
